VFDCB

The VFDCB does not take a position on all bills affecting dogs. For us to take a position we have to determine that the law would either 1) have a direct affect on our members, or 2) have a direct negative effect on the welfare of dogs in general in the state. So while we may feel strongly about a bill, unless it meets those criteria, we won't have a position on it.
