Frank Losey is the attorney who has donated his time to filing for an injunction against the new APHIS breeder regulations. (The donations collected go to pay a second attorney who is licensed to practice in Washington DC, where the action has to take place. More donations are needed!)  He has also been leading a tremendous effort to have IRS revoke the nonprofit tax status of HSUS. Mr. Losey has fought for breeders’ rights for decades and is one of the most knowledgeable people in the country about how the asnimal rights movement operates.

Mr. Losey is one of the most entertaining, delightful speakers it’s been my pleasure to hear. He can make even legislation and law fun. Okay, not fun precisely, but interesting anyway.
